Zach Fine
CEO – Protein Associates
As Chief Executive Officer since 2018, Zachary Fine leads the Holly Poultry, Inc. senior leadership team focusing on generational growth and success.
Zach joined the business starting at the bottom just like his Dad did decades before. Zach leads with youth, energy and an MBA from UMUC. He lives by Holly Poultry’s Three Cs: culture conscious, customer driven and community focused. Zach’s high energy and aggressive plans inspire his teams to be the best, strive to maintain the highest quality, and to think and work in fresh and innovative ways.
Zach lives with his wife and four children in Howard County, MD where he was born and raised. Zach enjoys coaching his children in sports and spending time with family and friends.
Terence Wells

Terence joined Protein Associates in 2018 as a trader of commodity meat and poultry. Prior to that, Terence worked as a Poultry Market Reporter with Urner Barry for nearly 7 years.
He is a graduate of Rider University (Class of 2009) and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in Marketing.
Terence lives with his wife and two sons in Toms River, NJ. When he isn’t at work, he enjoys spending time coaching his son’s baseball and ice hockey teams, as well as playing men’s league ice hockey and golfing.
Heath Graham

Heath has been with Protein Associates since 2023. Before joining the team, he worked as a Corporate Sales Manager for Sanderson Farms for 11+ years. Prior to that, Heath was a Marketing Associate with Sysco Jackson MS for over 10 years.
Heath is a graduate of University of Southern Mississippi and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing.
He resides in Mississippi with his wife Meagan and son Liam. Heath works out of the Protein Associates Hattiesburg office. When not working, Heath enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
Grant Nolte

Grant joined the team in 2025 as a trader of commodity poultry. Prior to working with Protein Associates, Grant managed the commodity department for OK Foods, covering both international and domestic sales.
He graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2018 and holds a bachelor’s degree in business finance, with a minor in Accounting.
Grant lives in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He enjoys spending time with his dog, family, and friends at the lake. Some of his hobbies include snow skiing, golfing, and traveling.
Todd Unger

Todd joined the team in 2025. He is a seasoned market expert with a robust background in market analysis and client relations. With over a decade of market experience across various industries, Todd has homed in his skills in understanding market dynamics and client needs.
His journey began with a major in both finance and economics. Todd's expertise includes 3 years of reporting on the boxed beef markets at a world leading price reporting agency, where he developed keen insight into the commodity markets, price trends, and supply chain logistics.

Robin graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Finance. She worked at Seaboard Farms while in college, then spent 20 years in the fitness industry. Robin has been working at Protein Associates since 2017. She’s married with 2 kids, Lee and McKenna, and lives in Conover, NC. Robin’s hobbies include golf and anything involving fitness.
Joann DeMarco

Joann has brought over 20 years of accounting and billing experience to the team. When Joann isn’t working, she enjoys volunteering with animal rescue and is on the board for a rescue in New Jersey. She also loves riding her motorcycle, spending time at the beach, and going to concerts.
